Venuste Ntawemvura is an experienced development and social inclusion professional with over ten years of experience implementing USAID- and NGO-funded programs in Rwanda. He has strong expertise in disability inclusion, community resilience, and child protection, with a solid focus on Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL). Venuste has supported data collection, data quality assurance, analysis, and timely reporting to ensure evidence-based decision-making and program accountability. He has worked closely with Caritas Rwanda under USAID Gikuriro Kuri Bose and Gimbuka projects, collaborating with local authorities and community volunteers to strengthen inclusive service delivery. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics Sciences and Management from ULK Kigali.
